How it works

FROM A DORMANTARCHIVE TO ASTANDING HABIT.

Five stages. You supply the first one and nothing else. Everything below runs on content you have already published.

Stage 01

Ingest

We take what exists: video transcripts, courses, articles, podcast episodes. Nothing is re-recorded and nothing is rewritten. If your material is on YouTube, the transcripts are already there.

Your content stays yours. We index it to answer from it, not to republish it.

Stage 02

Index by meaning

The archive is embedded and indexed so it can be searched by meaning rather than by keyword. Someone can describe a problem in their own words, in their own language, and land on the passage where you actually addressed it, even if they never used your vocabulary for it.

Stage 03

Answer, with sources attached

A question returns a written answer assembled only from your material, with links and timecodes underneath every part of it. The person can jump straight to the moment in the video and check you.

This is the part that makes the whole thing defensible. A general chatbot produces confident text from nowhere in particular. This produces an answer with a paper trail back to a specific minute of something you said.

Stage 04

Design a personal guide

For anything bigger than a single question, the assistant works in stages: it asks what it still needs to know about the person's situation, then assembles a step by step plan out of your material, in an order that makes sense for them.

The result is a document they keep, not a message that scrolls away. Every step carries the lesson or practice it came from. They can download it as a PDF, come back when the situation changes, and get a new version with the earlier ones still intact.

Stage 05

Conquest mode: stay with them

A plan is easy to receive and hard to follow. Conquest mode turns the plan into a goal the assistant pursues alongside them: it reminds, asks how it went, adapts when life interferes, and keeps going until they arrive.

Reminders and check-ins land in Telegram. Replies come back by tap, text, or voice. Nothing is scheduled without approval, quiet hours are respected, and if someone goes quiet the pace eases off rather than escalating.

This is the stage that turns a one-time visit into a subscription worth renewing.

Where it runs.

Three surfaces, one engine, your brand on all of them.

One deployment

A single tenant configuration drives every surface. There is no separate build per channel and no separate content set to maintain.

Seven interface languages

A branded web app

On your own domain, in your colors, with your name on it. Visitors do not arrive at a platform, they arrive at you.

A Telegram bot

Where the check-ins and reminders live. For a lot of audiences this is the surface they actually use daily.

A Telegram Mini App

The full search and answer experience inside the chat, without sending anyone to a browser.

What would it do with yours?

Send us the archive and we will come back with a concrete read: what the engine finds in it, what your audience would get, and where the subscription revenue would come from.
